pap:// + Chrysalis — Monthly Town Hall

Last Thursdays, once a month. Come see what we're building. The short version: pap:// is a wire protocol for agents that don't need to phone home. Chrysalis is a node that runs it — registry, kanban board, code generation, memory, the whole thing. We're building toward agents that can do real work in environments where calling an LLM API isn't an option: disconnected networks, air-gapped infrastructure, eventually things like deep-space probes where the round-trip latency makes remote inference a non-starter. Each month we show what shipped, what broke, what the numbers actually look like. If a benchmark result is disappointing we show the disappointing result. If something works better than expected we show that too. Then we open it up to questions, pushback, people showing what they're working on. No pitch, no deck. Just showing the work and the people writing it. First one is the last Thursday of next month.
